I have never heard of a wedding label and if I had, before now (since i only have 2 weeks to go) I probably would have bought one I think thats an awesome idea. My garter will be my something blue. All I still need to find is my something old lol...

The Wedding dress lable is something I fell in love with. I don't know why, maybe because it was new and I had never heard of it.

The dress label is so pretty!! And WOW your garter is beautiful!! I love that color!

Lisa, I just caught up on your journal. Everything looks great, love your veil! It turned out so well! Sorry to hear about the best man and groomsman. One of my groomsmen has backed out and not for financial reasons. He said he would be in the wedding party and then months later changed his mind because he will not wear a tuxedo. Him and his family are still coming to the wedding though and now I have two bridesmaids and one best man. Ugggh!

When my grandma used to make me clothes (when I was like 8!!), she used to put her "own" lables in my clothes with her initials and mine with the date. I just always thought she did it so I wouldn't feel left out b/c my clothes didn't have labels...maybe she was doing it as a throw back to her "era"? Thanks for sharing.

GUESS WHAT????? Thursday night I went to sleep and I was up almost every hour. I couldn't sleep at all! Not at all! Why you ask? Well because at 7:00am I needed to call to try to book a Wishes Cruise! Well by 6:15am or so I said forget this and just got up. I had pre called so I knew what numbers to push to get an opperator. I started calling on two separate phones at 6:58am at 6:59am I got the automated system and before 7am I had a live operator. I GOT THE WISHES CRUISE! I am sooo excited. It will be Pete and I, My BFF Nikki, and her husband and Daughter (my flower girl) & My favorite Dis'er Mikkel and her DF. We still have three spots open if anyone is interested in a Wishes Fireworks Cruise on November 6, 2008! The cost will be $29.28 per person for 3 people. Send me a PM if you want to join a great group of people on a fabulous Cruise!

LIsa - i quickly scanned thru your pg but couldn't find anything about what you have DF wearing. Is he wearing a tux or suit or what? And is he wearing the same thing for your MK photo shoot? I would so love to do photo shoot, but i almost feel like we can't since DH won't be wearing a tux.

What is a wishes cruise and how do you book it??

A Wishes Cruise is a Pontoon Boat that will pick us up at the Grand Floridian and cruise us around Bay Lake (During the Honeymoon) and it is during Wishes!

Thanks...I love Mikkel...I feel like I know her already. It is so fun to have someone planning a DCL wedding to talk to...who knows what I mean when I complain. She is a Fabulous Girl and I can not wait for the Fireworks Cruise!

Well finally I can post about this.....It has taken us this long to figure it all out. The Original plan was for DF to get a Linen suit and wear the pants and this shirt on the beach for the wedding:

Then he was to wear the suit and a regular shirt and Tie to the Magic Kingdom Photos. Well...The Linen Jacket didn't fit right, we tried a few and they all were horrible. So now he is wearing the Linen Pants and that shirt for the Wedding on the beach and for the Magic Kingdom Photos he got a really nice dark brown suit and is going to wear a white dress shirt and a pink tie (Don't I have the greatest guy!!) to match my flowers.

He does...Don't you think a Hot Pink Tie would look good with a Dark Brown Suit and my Hot Pink Flowers and a Hot Pink Rose for him?

Yeah nice suit will look great in the Magic Kingdom Photos....You have to do them...They Scream DISNEY BRIDE!

I got the Linen Pants online at the Casual Male Store (Big & Tall). But if you google linen pants you will be able to find them no problem!

I surprised my DH with ours for our anniversary trip. I even had given others that went with us a cute little invite stating it was a surprise..... as we were going all he keep saying I was I know nothing ( sort of like he was left out of something)and he was surprised! Now the ongoing joke at our house, is when my one dd talks too much( she is normal teen and does love to talk) he'll will say can't you keep a secret and she'll respond yes I can , don't you remember I kept one for weeks about the wishes cruise ..... gotta love kids.... Your DF will be surprised and will enjoy it too!

Just caught up on your PJ. Everything looks really great. I love the wedding dress label, I have never heard of that before...Where did you have yours made? Congrats on getting the wishes cruise too!! That is so exciting! I have never heard of that either. Good thing I am on these boards or I would be in the dark about so many things!!
