If you go on a liquid diet (which doesn't necessarily imply liquids but rather soft foods such as soups, jello, mashed potatos, applesauce, etc) is that a way to lose a little bit of weight quickly? I don't mean a ton of weight obviously but slimming by dropping just a few pounds. I heard that if you only eat soft foods like that then you'll drop a few pounds quickly. Does anyone know of it's true? I don't want to bother doing that if it isn't going to be successful. Thanks.
I'm not one to judgw a diet...whatever works for you is great. But, I would think a high carb diet wouldn't work very well.
