Thought I would share this with you all. First a DISclaimer. I don't know how true this is. Take it for what it's worth. Could be bunk. I did the test. I found that yes in fact some of those mentioned turned very dark almost black on my hand. From now on I will do the test on the stores tester before I purchase it.

Recently a brand called "Red Earth" decreased their prices from $67 to $9.90.

It contained lead. Lead is a chemical which causes cancer.

The Brands which contain lead are:

1. CHRISTIAN DIOR

2. LANCOME

3. CLINIQUE

4. Y.S.L

5. ESTEE LAUDER

6. SHISEIDO

7. RED EARTH (Lip Gloss)

8. CHANEL (Lip Conditioner)

9. MARKET AMERICA-MOTNES LIPSTICK.

The higher the lead content, the greater the chance
of causing cancer.

After doing a test on lipsticks, it was found that the Y.S.L.
lipstick contained the most amount of lead.

Watch out for those lipsticks which are supposed to stay longer.
If your lipstick stays longer, it is because of the higher content
of lead.


Here is the test you can do yourself:

1. Put some lipstick on your hand.

2. Use a Gold ring to scratch on the lipstick.

3. If the lipstick color changes to black then you know
the lipstick contains lead.

Please send this information to all your girlfriends,
wives and female family members.

This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army
Medical Center.

Dioxin Carcinogens causes cancer. Especially breast cancer.

I have had that sent to me so many times I want to scream. Too many of my friends are so naive that they believe junk like that and forward it as truth without looking it up themselves. Each times I get this sent to me, I send back the snopes link that found it false. I had a friend send me this email three times! And each of the three times I send her the snopes link. Then, she emailed it back again to me a few months later. Then shes surprised when I resent her the snopes link yet again. She can't believe its not true and can't see why someone would lie about something like that. I need to find new friends that are a little quicker.

you probably drink more lead than that every day when you drink water from your tap or get lead on you when you shower or wash your hands. i feel like these things are just some company who has a competing product try to scare everyone into buying something else.

Besides, lead doesn't cause cancer. Its effects are neurological and especially dangerous for developing brains- babies and children.
