Linking WDW resort reservation online

I hope everyone is well & keeping warm.

I have been trying to link my travel agent reservation for All Star Movies on to the Disney website without any luck. Has anyone else had any trouble linking their accounts?

Have they given you the Disney confirmation number? Should be 8 digits and most likely starts with 1Y....

I have a confirmation number but it is only 6 digits starting with a letter; I'll try to chase this up again.

To be honest, I think you would be best off just calling Disney directly and getting them to link them - a lot of the travel agents over here just have no clue!

I think I am going to have to, there was a lot of umming and ahhing when I called the TA again and they still gave me the wrong confirmation number (which I found out is the wholesalers confirmation #).

Yeah it's really bad hey!
A friend and her family (who have never been before) are going to WDW in just over a month, and I am trying to help them out with dining reservations, and now the FP+ system (I have only been once and that was for 14 nights 3 years ago (HEAVEN!!), so the old system was still in place!).
The travel agent is continually stuffing up her res number, and did not tell her anything about how you need to book reservations for pretty much everything as far in advance as you possibly can. I am really worried for her that she will not be able to get any of the things that she wants (and judging by what is available I think my worries may be for a good reason!)
Anyway, hope you manage to get everything linked up super soon and have a fantastic trip!
