Linking old unused ticket to MDE

I have a 2008 unused 6 day child ticket i want to link to MDE for my 8 year old child.

How do I complete this? It asked for a number at least 12 digits long.

You have to go to a ticket counter

You can call and they might be able to do it for you over the phone. I had tickets from 2004 that I tried to link last year and they could not do it over the phone. I had to go to customer service once I arrived at Disney. The downfall was a couldn’t book fast passes ahead of time.
