Linking off-site guests through MDX to use 60-day window

According to the FastPass FAQ - if you have friends staying off-site, you can book their FastPasses if they link to your MDX account

Guests linked to or listed on an onsite guest's MDX account reservation (controlled by the onsite guest) and valid tickets linked.

What confuses me is the "Valid tickets linked" part. If these people already have their own MDX account with their tickets linked to that account, is there any way for them to also link them to my account to book their fastpasses? Would they have to un-link them from their account first? Or if I link this person to my account, would their ticket just follow with them?

Just wondering - this isn't a dealbreaker for anyone, but I was wondering how hard it would be to offer for my friends to be linked to my account for FP purposes. Any experience anyone has had with this would be greatly appreciated.

All you have to do is link their MDX/MDE account to yours. Invite them through your Friends/Family area of MDE.

What is even easier is to just add them to your MDE and link their tickets to them.

When your 60-day booking window opens, include them in your FP booking group and they will share your booking window.
