Linking multiple reservations to MDE?

Is it possible to link more than one reservation to MDE at the same time, or it better to wait until one trip is done before linking the next one?

I never thought I'd be someone with two trips booked, and am wondered whether I should leave it alone or get them both linked?

You can link both. My June and December trips are linked to MDE, no issues whatsoever.
