Linking disney bookings

We've booked okw in September direct with Disney
My in laws have now booked okw too same dates can we link the bookings or request our villas are nearby
If so when can I do this ? / how many days before we travel ?

The best way will be get it noted on both your booking that you are traveling with them and include the reservation number.

Check in together too if you can and ask again then.
