Linking credit card to Magic Band

We are going to Disney in less than a month!!! We are staying off site and linking our tickets and fastpasses to our magic bands from last year's trip. Does anyone know if it is possible to link a credit card to the magic bands for purchases if you are staying offsite?

No. The credit card is actually linked to your room account, not directly to the band. So you must be staying onsite.
