Linking cash reservations

Hi, we have a cash reservations for a studio at BWV next Saturday. Our family will be joining us on Sunday and we will move into a 2-BR. Is is possible to link the cash studio with the
2-BR rather than have to move out of the studio on Sunday morning and move into a different unit.

Has anyone had any luck staying in the cash unit and linking to the points unit?

i have heard that members have asked ms and it all depends on the room assignments, have you asked or requested ms to link the ressies? im sure they would but will tell its not a guarantee

I would have both reservations noted. Even though they tell you not to call or fax the front desk, I think I would call them around Wednesday to make sure they have it noted on their computers. A factor might be if they have you setup in a dedicated studio, that cannot be connected.

Thanks so much for your replies...Yes, we have noted it on both reservations. I was just marking my calendar to call on Wednesday just to see if it was possible to link both reservations. I guess it just depends upon availability.

I don't mean to give you bed news, but I have never heard of someone being able to stay in a studio, and get the one bedroom portion added for the rest of the trip. That doesn't mean it can't happen...Would you post after your trip if you are able to do this? It would be nice to know!!
