Linking 2 reservations on DME for same day and time

We are 3 families travelling together. We are a party of 11, we have our 3 accounts linked on DME and I am the manager of all 3 accounts. I just made a reservation for Cinderella's Royal Table, but since I couldn't get one for 11, I got one for 6 people under my name and paid with my credit card, and one for 5 people under my friend's name and paid with her credit card, since the CM told me that was the only way to get two reservations on same day and time. Now I'm looking at DME and it shows only one reservation, the one made with my name and credit card. I thought of linking the other confirmation number, but I'm hesitant to do it because I'm afraid that it may appear as a duplicated reservation. My question is, can I link the second reservation to DME or should I keep it aside? If not, can I add it to the notes section only or is there another way add this information?

Your friend's reservation should be showing in her account. As long as they are linked to two separate accounts and the same guest is not linked on both reservations, it will be fine.
