Preparing for when we can book excursions. Rooms are linked, and both rooms have Silver status, Am I able to book excursions for people in both rooms? Logistically, that would be easier, since I am retired, and can do it at midnight with no problem!

Can one person check in both rooms or does each room have to check in on their own ?
I would have the required docs available for each room
One person can check-in for both linked cabins, but you must check-in each cabin individually, so there is a chance that you could get different PATs.

You also enter in room-charging information - it's straight forward if both cabins are charging to the same credit card. I have never entered multiple cards so really can't comment on what this would entail.

You can just leave as cash and go back and add CC later. You can give the other person charging privileges or you enter the CC information for each person.
