Preparing for when we can book excursions. Rooms are linked, and both rooms have Silver status, Am I able to book excursions for people in both rooms? Logistically, that would be easier, since I am retired, and can do it at midnight with no problem!

Can one person check in both rooms or does each room have to check in on their own ?
I would have the required docs available for each room
One person can check-in for both linked cabins, but you must check-in each cabin individually, so there is a chance that you could get different PATs.

You also enter in room-charging information - it's straight forward if both cabins are charging to the same credit card. I have never entered multiple cards so really can't comment on what this would entail.

Thanks. I’ll be covering the card for both rooms so this will work well

Does the other room have any kids 3-10? If so, there are some kids club things during check-in
What needs to be done “extra”, I will be checking my daughter’s family, in addition to my DH and I, and they have a 4 and 6 year old.

If they're planning on using the kids club, you can pre-register for it. Checking off that they are independently potty trained, set up a password for picking up from the kids club and indicating if any other adults from linked reservations are able to pick up from the kids club. I don't check in for another few weeks so I can't send a screenshot of what it looks like until then.

My description is based on memory from last year.

You will need to indicate which people are permitted to sign kids out from the kids' club, and I think you will need to select a password to be used for pick-up (and then let anyone on the approved list know that password).

And that needs to be done during during the check-in process? Or can that be done after a PAT has been assigned, Ie in a couple of days after going through the check-in process?

I think you can go back and do it later...
