Linked reservation help please

I have a reservation July 13-19 with my grandsons. My daughter and SIL (the boy's parents) are now going to join us. We have linked our reservations in the App.....but I don't understand how FP will work. We will each still do our own? Will I be able to include them in our FP selections when I pick them? Would we have better luck if we divide/conquer- (2 each) for the more popular ones?

If you are linked together through Friends and Family, you should be able to make everyone's FP+ reservations at the same time.

Yes. You can pick and choose people and pick and choose attractions.

As mentioned by pp, if everyone is linked by family and friends you have options.
For each FP you make, you can make it for the entire group or any combination of people.
However, if you only make if for a few, it doesn't mean you can add the others to your FP for that attraction later.
Anyone in the group that is linked together can make FP for the group or individually.
