Link to Disney.com area that lists all of your "names" email addresses ect.

I am asking this here in the discount area because I cannot get my girlfriends family name off MY emails. She keeps getting pin codes to MY email account.

I remember there was an area in your Disney profile that would show you all user names etc associated with your email address....I know I saw it a few times and was quite astounded and the number of times my kids used different IDs to sign up for VMK and Toontown.

Can someone help me so I can ask HER to go into her Disney account and delete MY id...(or vice versa)

The same thing happened to me 2 years ago. I made a reservation for my BIL and didn't know his email off hand so just gave them mine for his reservation. Bad idea. I kept getting Pin codes in HIS name - and of course, you can't use them if they are not in your name. I ended having to call them after several email attempts failed. I can't remember which phone number I used, I think it might be on the website under "Contact Us" maybe, and under Website Issues, Technical Problems, something like that.

Good luck getting it resolved.

After my last trip I started getting mail addressed to my son and his now ex gf sent to my email addie. Now we were all 3 on the reservation, but needless to say they do not share my email address. This happened for both WDW and DL solicitations. I emailed both and nicely objected and asked them to correct the problem. Disney seems to have a pattern of attaching physical addresses to associated people who have never lived there and now it appears they have expanded this bad habit/marketing gimmick to email solicitations.

Ive had this happen too.....I NEVER get any however my Fiance does to my e-mail address. Fortunately it's not an issue for me since we to Disney together. haha

Yeah it's easy when you go together, either of you can make the reservation. Bad when you don't go with the person, and believe me, I don't EVER want to go with my BIL again! LOL
