Lingering at Casey's for fireworks?

Just wondering if its safe to linger at Casey's hot dogs tables for a super extended meal for the firework show. Is the area closed or cleared out for special seating like the Plaza outdoor tables? Or is it a heavily staked out area by the regulars/ap holders? Trying to come up for a Christmas eve strategy and your thoughts are appreciated.

2. Nope.
3. The actual Plaza Restaurant's outdoor tables seating is NOT reserved for the fireworks party.
The area called the "Plaza View" is a different area IN the Hub that is fenced-off for viewing.
See the Hub map below that is marked for the "Wishes Dessert Party Viewing."
It is in front of The Plaza, but not IMMEDIATELY in front of The Plaza.

5. Let's just say on Christmas Eve (and most other nights) the Casey's outdoor tables
are full for a very long time before the MK fireworks begin.

In addition to Robo's excellent responses (as always!), there is a constant flow of people passing by and through Casey's seating area. The constant stream and jostling just aren't worth it, IMHO.

You'd need to get there super early to get one of those tables. Imo getting one of those tables anytime that's not the morning is a pain

We lucked out totally getting one of those tables on 10/3 right at the railing. It had been raining on and off, and it was an incredible spot. We had a great view of the castle and an umbrella over us in case it rained.

I was thinking though that the odds of scoring one of those tables before the fireworks has to be pretty slim. There are maybe 20 tables, but thousands of people wanting to see the fireworks any given night.
