I did well today. Well first of all, I slept til 10:30. And I mean really slept. Kev woke me up at around 7, but I fell right back asleep. So that helps. Of course, not that I did anything spectacular with my well-rested self or anything. I took a lazy day off day. Tomorrow I will clean.
Todays food
B-fat free blueberry muffin
S-air popped popcorn
L- sm salad w/egg
S-sugar free pudding
D- smart one fetuccine alfredo w/chicken and brocolli
S-fudgsicle
later - wheat chex and 1/2 banana
1068 cals
exercise - 3 miles....I did 18.5 min miles today which is slightly better.

I know I'm not really supposed to be worrying about that now, but I thought I would lose a little anyway. I'm not going to dwell on it tho, just keep going. I may just end up the strongest chubby woman alive.
