Limousine Question

Hi everyone!! Quick question about limo service offered with the Intimate package. My wedding party, guests and I will all be staying at the Yacht Club, the ceremony is at the Yacht Club Gazebo as is dinner afterwards. Our package includes 4 hours of limousine service and we are in walking distance of each event!!

We are planning a Welcome Dinner for our guests at Ohana's the night before. Is it possible to use the limo service to transport guests to and fro?? If not, will they issue a credit to us or allow us to apply the credit towards another package element (enhancement)?

It is my understanding that the four hours can be taken anytime during your stay...they just have to be consecutive.

I'm in the same boat...our ceremony is at SBP and we are staying at the BW Villas so I plan on using our limo a few nights before to take us and the inlaws to Ohanas. From everything my planner has said, as well as the phrasing in my "kit", this shouldn't be a problem!

You can use the limo anytime during your stay. Our wedding is next week and we are using it the night before to go to dinner and to DD/PI.

Thanks for your repsonses!! I feel better knowing that we can use it for our welcome dinner at Ohanas!! A general question...how many people does the limousine seat? We have a party of 10-15, plus we will have a rental car? I would hate to go back and forth for two pick ups and drop offs, but if we have to, at least we have 4 consecutive hours!!

If I remember correctly, I believe the limo seats 8.

We had 5 in the limo with two in wedding attire and we probably could have gotten one more, but I wouldn't have wanted to push it much past that. However, without the wedding attire, you could probably get 8, but it would be squishy.

Since you have four hours, you should have plenty of time for the limo to make two trips! Just have the first group wait at the bar for the 2nd group to arrive!

Quick question for those of you who have already used your limo...

For our dinner at 'Ohanas we have 7 adults, 1 5yo and 1 2yo...all in regular attire. Do you think we'll fit? Or should we plan on two trips?

we had five adults in the limo in wedding attire and fit nicely with lots more room ( I took up the whole back seat) so i'm sure two more and kids will fit
