We're staying at the Radisson the night before we embark,
is it unreasonable to think that we would get a Limo (there are 5 of us) from the airport to there?

How far is the port from MCO? Does anyone know about what this would cost?

Has anyone done this?

Thanks Beano!!!

WOW... "Happy Limo" quotes their rate $105 more than Cartier for a stretch limo round trip. That's not very happy now is it?

I think we'll go with Cartier!

Cheers!

Atlantis Limo charges $180 for round trip in an SUV, seating 1 to 7 people.

Check out their website:

We've always had EXCELLENT service from Scoobey and the gang at Atlantis . . .

I just checked into Cartier Limo and their prices are very reasonable for a stretch limo. I think I am going to surprise the kids, as they think the "plain old van" is picking us up at the airport, and for 15.00 more we can have the stretch limo. Thanks Beano for the info, I have never heard of them before!

We are have used Florida Town Car the last two years from MCO to Disney and USF.

This year they are taking us to Cocoa Beach the night before. $150.00 round trip. www.Floridatowncar.com

I currently have a reservation with Your ride for a one way stretch limo from MCO to the Port. Cartier shows a much better rate. I am tempted to change my reservation but have never heard of this company before. Does anyone have any feed back on them.

I had asked the same question on the transportation board a month or so back. I received a few responses, all positive. I also emailed Cartier directly and received a very friendly and very quick response. I don't sail until May2003 but I'm already booked with them--couldn't find any reason not to. BeanoC...maybe you can give us an update after your cruise! :)

Those rates do sound good. Would love to hear from anyone who's used them.

I also emailed Cartier yesterday and received a quick and friendly reply. I am going to book them today for our Nov 2nd cruise. They also include a grocery stop.

I just used Yourride.net. Got a fabulous white stretch that picked us up at MCO, took us to the Poly, then picked us up from there and took us to the port, then from the port to the YC, then YC back to MCO, $455 plus tips of course. We didn't need a grocery stop, but Jimmy stopped at my credit union (no office in NJ where I live) so I could run in there for about 15 minutes instead.

I used Cartier on our trip to Disney this last june and had great service and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Is there room for luggage for 7 people in a limo or suv? I think there will be about 12 pieces of luggage.

We had three large pullman's, a LARGE rolling duffle that was overstuffed, an overstuffed garment bag, a roll on, and three tote bags. The totes went into the back of the limo with us, four of the pieces of luggage went into the trunk, the driver had to put two up front with him. The trunks are smaller than they appear. When we got home we got more into the trunk of our Saturn!

The SUV is a Suburban (at least the one we were in was).

The stretch limo has the SAME trunk space as a standard Lincoln Continental. They just stretched out the middle; there is no extra trunk space.
