Hi, has anyone used FL Tours before? How about Happy Limo? Good/Bad...any thoughts?

I have used Fl Tours, several times now. I had just one 'situation' with them. I arrived on Thanksgiving morning, around 10:30. I had asked, repeatedly, about a grocery stop. I knew it was Thanksgiving day, so there 'could' be an issue. I was told, every time, that a grocery stop would most certainly be possible. When we reached baggage claim, we had to go in search of the driver..he was nowhere to be found. Dh finally found him out having a smoke!!! Okay. Then, once we got in the car, I reminded him that we wanted to make a quick grocery stop. His response? "Sorry, but there are no grocery stores open, so we can't make that stop.'' I told him that I had been repeatedly told that a grocery stop would be possible. He then told me that I had been told something in error. I then asked if we could just stop at a convenience store. Nope, wasn't possible. So...there we were...first stay in a DVC villa, needed groceries and had none!! Not a happy camper. When it was time for us to leave the resort? Again, had to go in search of the driver...who, when finally found 15 mins later, was way down the driveway, again having a smoke. He got a $5 tip on that end and I sent off an email with my issues.
I did use them again since they are a board sponsor and had very good service. I think it was just that one driver!!

I know that many here have used Happy Limo with good results. There have been a few reports of less than stellar service, but I always expect that.

I have also used Tiffany Towncar with good results. Have yet to have an issue with them.
