Limo, gratuity included, additional tip?

If using FLTour town car, a tip is given to the driver in addition to the fee.

When using the FLTour Limo a 20% gratuity is added onto the fee. Does this mean I don't give an additional tip?

I wouldn't think you'd need to tip the limo driver anything additional, unless they do something really over and above and you feel you should.

Because you are considering a limo, you might want to look at Golden Limo. Jimmy (the owner) has gotten 100% great reviews from many on these boards. He owns a gorgeous white stretch, and his prices were the best. You can call him at 407-869-9007.

i must have missed something when i made our reservation with FL Tours for July. When did they start adding 20% for gratuity

Happy Limo includes the gratuity, too, so I never feel that I have to give anything additional unless I want to voluntarily (like if the service was really good...for example, when our plane arrived at 2 a.m.!).

Yep, always here, or at least it seems that way.

It is nowhere on their site. Since the link appears at the top of the screen to the left, I think it would behoove those with a reservation to call the number listed on the link. Seems reasonable to me, how about you?

Gail, i have just read a response from Andy with clarification on the subject:

Hello Goof,
DebbieB is correct.
When booking your reservation for town or luxury van with FL TOURS, gratuities are left to your discretions. However, when booking for stretch limousine we’ll add a 20% gratuity. You can verify this from our online reservation page by completing the first of two pages reservation form that can also be used to get a quote. As you will find out the 20% will be added only when you select limousine.

I figured that was the story, but, hesitated to say anything without being sure.
