Well I admit, I am a perfectionist... so I tweaked it... I didn't like the white background they had. Now it's all clear

Well here is an explanation. I saw Pete's post about not posting pictures but I was really confused when I just posted a regular non-pic post and it wouldn't let me post it because of too many images. I finally figured out that it was the smilies that were causing the problem. Oh well I guess no smilies for me...it will be hard at times to convey emotions without them.

I don't know if I'd say it was 'my fault', I just was making suggestions about bandwidth and where it gets used and when it does not. I hope that these restrictions work out for the boards.

Well, to be honest, the buttons take up less space than the smilies, IMHO. Even though the buttons are bigger - because of they way browsers read the pages, the smilies take up more space/bandwidth.

I suppose it's really a mute point - the change was made and we aren't allowed to discuss changing board policy

I agree with Saffron, get rid of the quote what you just wrote when you quoted someone else that also quoted someone else. Or the quote-comment, quote-comment, quote-comment. That just gives me a headache and I stop reading.
