Is MGM the only place to see these characters?

No, both Lilo and Stitch were in front of the Castle at MK last Tuesday around 2 pm.

They were there with Mickey, Minnie and Donald.

MGM is, IMHO, the best place to see them though. They have a really nice area set up there. If you'd like to see a picture of the setup, PM me your email address, and I'll shoot off a picture to you...I think I have one of just Lilo and Stitch with the cute picture area, if not, I have one with us in it where you can see the area.

Thursday the 24 th we got Stitch's autograph in front of the castle. We saw Lilo and Stitch Friday at AK not sure where though. It was outside a shop. We did get Lilos autograph next to Stitch's in our book. My DS4 went to get out of his stroller to get her autograph and was told by CM he couldnt cause he wasnt wearing his shoes. His sneakers were soaked from Kali River Rapids. He was very upset but I just got the autograph and DH took a pic. I didnt want to hold up the line.

At AK, they're outside the Island Mercantile next to the bridge to Camp Minnie-Mickey.

Thank you for all this information! I found this thread by doing a search. DS10 is not too big on Disney characters anymore, but he LOVES Stitch - does the voice & everything. If there's one character at WDW he will want to see, it will be Stitch & now I know where to find him. Thank you!!

We saw Lilo and Stitch multiple times in all the parks during our trip 10/24 to 10/28. Sticth was everywhere! At MGM, we saw him in the Magic of Disney Animation (the attraction was closed). He was all alone - not another guest in site! We walked back out towards the Mickey hat and there he was again. This Stitch had a line at least 15 people deep!
