Lilo & Stitch breakfast - menu or just buffet??

Does Lilo & Stitch still have a breakfast menu or is it just a buffet?

We were there last week. They had both, but didn't offer us the menu (DH was ticked cause he didn't realize they had one until we had eaten and he saw someone else with one). They push the buffet.

I'm mad at that place though. We went there celebrating Austin's 7th birthday. Got our initial pic with Minnie on the way in, ate our food, sat there an hour and not one character came to our table - about 5 or 6 of them passed us by! Finally we were getting ready to leave, and I told DH we should complain, instead he just told the waitress and she went and got Stitch (we were ready to leave), then Lilo came by, and my boys flagged down Pluto just as we were walking out. We missed out on Daisy though which stunk. Seriously paying $100+ for a character meal and not even one to come by (we've never had that happen before and eaten tons of character meals)

That just sounds horrible! I don't understand why the Character meal places don't have a T&T system for making sure the characters get around to all of the tables in a timely manner. Sitting for an hour at a little place like PCH Grill and not having one character come to your table is not good!!
