I'm hoping someone can give me some information on WDW's LILO reservation system. I called to place a room request on a reservation this morning and the CM informed me that, as part of WDW's LILO computer system upgrade, there are no longer human room assigners at the resorts. A computer system named LILO now makes room assignments based on the room category chosen and the availability at the resort and that LILO does not take into account requests noted on reservations. The CM said the first human at a resort that will see those noted requests are the front desk CM's checking us in and that our best bet, if we don't get the room we want, is to ask for it again when we check in.
Can anyone tell me if this is true? Thanks!
