Thursday-

Did 20mins cardio + 45 mins cycling+ 20 minutes of abs

Monday-
b: toast w/tsp peanut butter and c. green tea

l: 1/2 c. tuna
1 pickle slice
toast

d: c. green beans
1/2 c. carrots
2 pieces of lunch meat
1 orange creamsicle

Did one hour of strength training and 30 mins of cardio
 
Your exercise and food are INCREDIBLE!!! I'm SO impressed!

You are doing so well!!!! Were you able to weigh yourself on Monday??? I hope if you did it was good. I didn't see anything so I just hope it went okay!!!! I can't believe how kick butt you are in that exercise - good job BRAVO goes to you!!!!!!!!

Keep up the good work. It will start soon - I know it will!!!!

d: mexican rice- about a cup w/ bacon and cheese wrapped shrimp! That was really yummy and fattening! :earseek: With sweet tea
 
Sunday

b: whole grain cheerios w/ reduced fat milk

l- 1/2 c. trail mix
one sugar free fat free pudding cup
20 oz nestea

d: one individual piece of flatbread pepperoni pizza w/ 20 oz nestea and 12 oz mt dew


Monday
b: toast w/tsp peanut butter
one string cheese
20 oz mountain dew

l: can o' chicken noodle soup
20 oz mt dew

d: I had pollo fundido and butter pecan ice cream cake w/ water

Weighed myself and I'm 152. So I lost two pounds. Not much but better than nothing!

Tuesday

b: honeycomb cereal w/ reduced fat milk

l: peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread w/ 1/2c. trail mix

d: went out to chinese buffet
and had another slice of butter pecan ice cream cake w/ sweet tea

small packet of peanut m&ms

No exercise yesterday or today. Just feeling too lazy to go.
 
Wednesday:

c. green tea

l: 1/2 c. tuna
toast
c. green tea

d: c. carrots
c. green beans
2 slices of bakes turkey
c. vanilla ice cream

1 hour of strength training- 30 mins of cardio

Thursday:

3/4 c. honey comb cereal and reduced fat milk

l: 4 pieces of turkey bacon, 2 slices of fat free cheese, and two slices of tomato on one slice of whole grain bread-baked w/ 1/2 c. trail mix



d: 2 pieces of "supreme" pizza, 2 donuts, 1-100 calorie snack, 2 12 oz mt dews


Did 45 mins of spinning, 15 mins of abs, and ran up and down stairs 5 times.



Friday

Was feeling very sorry for myself..very depressed because there hasn't been much weight loss lately. Plus, the food I'm eating on this diet is crappy and hard to stick to. I know I need to do something else to lose this weight but I'm not sure what! For the people that do weight watchers: How do you like it? Are you losing the weight?

b: c. of multigrain cheerios w/ 1/2 c. ? reduced fat milk

s: one light n fit yogurt
l: california turkey small wrap w/ water
s: choco cream filled donut

d: one serving of french bread pizza w/ water

Monday:

s: had about a 1 1/2 c. of cheezits- the 100 calorie pack kind

d: We went to Arby's and I had a chicken, bacon, and swiss sandwich w/ curly fries, and diet coke

Went to this new gym to do a free week trial. My year membership at the other gym will be up the first of October and so I will be finding another place to go. I really like the gym but its an 80 minute drive -5 days a week= 400 minutes! So I went to this gym. Its about 15 minutes away. The machines looked older than the ones I'm used to. They didn't have the cardio machine I usually work out on so I did the bike or the treadmill. They have only three classes a day. Whereas , my other gym has three rooms for classes. The nursery was kind of small but they did have a nice outside area with really nice wooden playsets for the kids to play on. They have an outdoor pool, tennis court, and tanning beds. So I tried to do my regular routine. That went okay. Then I talked to one of the trainers. I went to that gym at 10:00. Didn't leave till 2:40! :earseek: I did a lot of talking with the trainer and he had me do some things. He was very upbeat and motivating. He said he was going to have his own place in a couple of weeks. So I'm interested in maybe working out with him. Although, his place probably doesn't have a nursery! :rolleyes: I'm supposed to talk with him today so I'll ask him about it.

Also, great news! I lost 3 pounds. I really wasn't expecting to lose anything. I only went to the gym twice last week. :confused3
I didn't even stay on my diet. :rolleyes1
I was thinking about doing weight watchers. But, two trainers have told me not to do it. They say I should just eat smaller portions yada yada. The trainer I spoke to yesterday said I looked fine and that if I wanted to lose more weight that he can help me. My other trainer said I should go for 130 pounds. How much should I weigh at 5'3?
 
Tuesday:

b: 1/2c. cheerios multigrain cereal
w/ reduced fat milk and a tiny box of raisins

s: chocolate rice cake

l: english muffin w/ 3 pieces of turkey bacon, 2 pieces of fat free cheese, and two slices of tomato- baked w/ water

s: 100 calorie sandies pack

d: taco salad- consisted of lots of lettuce( about 3 1/2 cups), pinch of onion, 3-4 tbs salsa, dollop of sour cream, dollop of reduced fat shredded cheese, palm sized amount of ground turkey, about half a palm size of pinto beans

d: 1 no pudge strawberry shortcake thingie

With water

Did one hour of cardio.
 
Wednesday:

b: 1 c. cheerios multigrain cereal w/ 1/2 c. milk and half banana

s: half banana and string cheese

l: peanut butter and jelly on whole grain bread w/ a small apple and water

s: 100 calorie pack popcorn

d: 2 pieces of supreme pizza + a can of diet caffeine free pepsi

d: no pudge fudgesicle

1 hour of strength training and 30 mins of cardio
 
Thursday-

b: 1 c. multigrain cheerios with 1/2c. milk

s: 4 baby carrots and one celery stalk cut up w/ 2 tbs fat free ranch dressing

l: small sierra smoked turkey sandwich w/ water

s: 100 calorie sandies pack
and a couple pieces of the 100 calories oreo

d: 1 c. tuna helper
1/2 c. green beans

d: no pudge strawberry shortcake ice cream!

No exercise! I went to the mall today. I tried on and bought a pair of size 8 jeans that fit me perfectly! :goodvibes
It was so fun to try on smaller clothes that fit!
 
Friday-

b: 1 c. multigain cereal w/ 1/2 c. milk
1/2 banana

l: grilled chicken salad with balsamic vinegar dressing and water

s: 5 saltines

d: corn dog-jumbo
10 fries
lemonade- about 12 ozs
caramel apple w/ nuts

We went to the fair last night. Had so much fun with the kids! I hope we can go again before it leaves.

Worked out 45-50 mins of strength training and 50 mins of cardio! :)
 
Saturday-
b: multigrain cheerios

l: regular sized turkey, cheese, mayo,etc sandwich w/ water and half an oatmeal raisin cookie

d: salmon w/ a baked potato and salad and a scoop of butter fudge almond ice cream cone


No exercise
 
Monday:
b: multigrain cereal w/ 1/2 c. milk

l: carnita sandwich w/ diet pepsi

d: 4 small piecesof pizza, 2 pumpkin little debbie snacks, and a no pudge strawberry shortcake ice cream

No exercise. I'm at 150 pounds again.
 
Hi, Stephanie! 150 sounds great to me -- I hope you are happy with your progress. You asked a few posts ago whether anyone is doing WW and whether they are happy with it. My answers are yes and yes. I am not losing as fast as I might on other diets (53.5 since Christmas), but I am not sacrificing either -- I eat real food at every meal and can always find something on any menu that I can eat without feeling guilty. The really good thing is that no food is a no-no. It is all about portions. Often a taste of something is enough to satisfy an urge.

It sounds like you are already eating on a plan that would fit very well on WW. You might want to look in to it. Also, with the exercise you do, you earn the points to eat extra food, so that is another way to have treats on-plan.
