There is nothing wrong with a standard view room. Just send in a request for a view of the castle and fireworks. Also, to be as high as possible so that if you are over the service area, there will be less chance of noise. We had room 6060 on our last trip and it was a standard room with a view of the castle and we could watch the fireworks from bed. It also had bunkbeds which might work well for your kids. If it is not crowded, you may get upgraded and standard won't be an issue at all then. Either way, the lodge is breathtaking and if you are like the rest of us when you return, they could have put you in the broom closet and you would be happy, just to be there.
