You can quadruple stamp a double dutch ditto, but only if you do it while playing UNO!

Thanks Yuki for the well wishes. I've been pooped the last 2 nights but thankfully, my parents are helping out. Next week though, I have to watch the kids solo as my parents get their turn to jet set to Kauai while I take vacation time to watch Tom & Jerry with the kids.

Hi all.

Just a quick update on the long lost Jordan... talked to him yesterday...

Overall he's doing well, he says it's hard but it's beneficial thus far so that's good... he was set to start work yesterday (taking apart cardboard boxes and taking them out to the trash area) and I think he's set to work several days a week... here's a little chuckle for you all... he will be working (secondhand) for... drum roll please... TARGET!!! The place he'll be working distributes exclusively for Target... so as he's taking apart the boxes, perhaps those will be ones delivering travel sized items to a Target near you... ha ha ha. He had to have a little laugh at that fact. God has a sense of humor, I tell you.

Here's some news and info from him:

Phone privileges have been adjusted for his dorm - only allowed phone calls for the time being on Fri, Sat, Sun (no later than 8pm PST on Fri/Sat; and 7pm PST on Sun). So as before, he'll mostly be calling out and then having people call back, but just a heads up on the timing of calls going forward.

He'll be working 6am-6pm Fri/Sat so most likely Sunday will be his best phone call days.

Foodie items preferred: Chips are definitely desired (since they're expensive there) and non-perishable, microwaveable items... like those cup a noodles, Campbell's Soup in Hand, stuff that's generally pretty portable to store, cook, eat, nuts, snacks...

On a more serious note, he said that he's really felt God working in him these past days... before he left, during the prayer time from the church, several words were spoken for him, but one key one was God's Hands of Mercy (or something about mercy) and he's really felt that people know about the grace aspect of God but not so much the mercy part (grace being getting something you don't deserve, and mercy being NOT getting something you DO deserve)... and so he's really been dealing with that aspect a lot lately.

Anyway, that's the deal for the moment... oh, and also - postage stamps have been hard to come by so I'll be sending him some and then he can start writing you guys back (he'll also send me a letter - with more details than in a phone conversation) which I can then post to the boards. So it'll be like he's writing to all of you...

But he does appreciate all of you. Thanks so much for your kindness!

Thanks for the news Wendy !! I will be getting something out next week , even if just a card !! I have a feeling he is getting a lot of Dis Love right now !!! I knew Target would have to be in the program somewhere It is just SOOOOOO Jordan!!!

I've got a cat I'd like to get rid of. Think I'll ship him to Jordan. Should liven things up a bit. I better not; I'd be crying and boohooing for him within ten minutes. He's just made off with my little plush Thumper so he's not in my good graces right now. Thumper slides really well on the wood floor. The cat pounces on him and smacks him with his paws so he shoots across the floor. Then the cat chases after him. I have a small plush Thumper and Blossom on my home office desk; at least I do when the cat isn't playing with them!

Holy GREEN AND YELLOW. I guess he was supporting his team.. The ducks, but aren't Donald's colors WHITE and BLUE???? Just sayin'. Also makes you wonder if there is a change of clothes in that big bag on her lap. My wife refers to bags that big (especially if my mom is carrying it) is MBOC. A Magical Bag Of Crap, where everything is in it.

Okay, I'm a Duck's fan, but I haven't seen anything that bad at the game, where people are supposed to be over the top. Maybe a little We do have legalized Gonja here - if you have a prescription, which is pretty easy to get.

Holy smokes! I think we saw this guy while at the Magic Kingdom. We werwe watching Spectro Magic and the guy was going nuts clapping for each and every float and wearing the craziest socks. I tried to take a picture of him but we were across the street and it was dark.

gotcha, but i think in the rules is says the quadruple stamp, can only be used if yo uhave a green 3 in your hand and play it while saying it.

As for my picture, this is all I have.

The funny story to go along with this picture is that one of the friends I was with spotted him. I whipped out the camera and snapped one off but really wanted a front shot. So I walk, jog to get ahead of him. I get far enough ahead and position myself. As he get closer pushing the wheelchair of course, he starts to jog. Not to be out done I do it again. I think I jogged from somewhere between Norway and Mexico all the way to the gift shops near the walkway to Future world.

Here are the next 2 blurry misses. Between me huffing and puffing and him running i had no chance on a clear picture.

I am not sure if this would be the first shot near mexico or the last. I can't place the buildings. It is either the temporary food kiosk by Mexico or the ones before you get to Canada.
