Lightning McQueen bubble wand

Hi there, I'm not really sure if this is the correct section for this question. I apologize if it's not. My question is about a lightning McQueen bubble wand that popped up on an ad for shop Disney on Facebook. Does anyone know if it's been seen in the parks or if it's something I would have to buy elsewhere. Thank you for any info, my young son is coming with us in a week and we always get one for my daughter and know he would go nuts for one with lightning McQueen.
