Lightning Lanes and closed attractions

So do they substitute the attractions available for LL, if an attraction is closed, such as Expedition Everest?

As Everest is currently closed, and FOP is listed as the only ILLS selection in AK, apparently they do not, at least not at AK. Everest seems to have been completely removed from the tip board on the app.

Really, you don't need Genie+ (or LL) at AK.
