Lighting Ceremony for Osborn Lights

What time in mid-December do the Osborne Lights come on? We just happened to be there at the perfect time to see the snow fall and then the lights came on, back in December, 2009 but I cannot remember what time? And I'm frantically trying to work this around ADR's......

The actual "ceremony" time can vary.
