I've been meaning to ask this question for a while now, but keep forgetting.
What kind of adhesive do you use when making a library pocket? I mean on the little tabs that hold the pocket together.
What I'd love to use is Alene's Tacky Glue, but that's very acidic - so I can't.
I got some Alene's Memory Glue thinking it would be similar (thick & holds well) while being acid-free. Unfortunately, it's much thinner than I'd like & doesn't hold without some sort of clamp first.
I'd tried using TONS of CM adhesive, but that wasn't enough - at least not on Bazill, which is what I prefer to use for the pocket. I've been gluing the sides and then using 6 mini binder clips on each one for a couple hours. That seems to work, but it's annoying that I can't make them & move on. This was especially bad recently when I had to re-make my swap items because my package got lost.
I wanted a quick turn around time, but that couldn't happen as I had to make 10 pockets and only have about 20 of the clips.
Anyway, the question is what do you use and is it "stick & move on"?
