Planning a lunch at Liberty Tree Tavern.

How's the food? Are they usually on the slow/quick side with seating or serving? (about how long does the average lunch service take there?)

Thanks

The food is good. My husband I make a point of going there for lunch on our MK day. We are usually seated pretty quickly, I want to say within 10 minutes of our adr time. The service is pretty quick. I think we're out of there in an hour.

We just ate there early this month and enjoyed it a lot. We were seated on time and our meal was served in a timely manner. We were definitely out within and hour. I have had various dishes over the years and enjoyed them all. My daughter always gets the freedom pasta.

I had read it was good for lunch too! We are trying it next month at 2pm ,the day of our Christmas party tickets ..

It's a good choice for lunch and seating/service has usually been quick for us. Pot roast and burgers are really good.

I was surprised at how quick they were for lunch, especially because dinner for us is typically a longer meal (and there's only 3 of us). We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving, and before our actual ADR time. Our waiter wasn't super friendly, but he was very fast and efficient. We ordered and within maybe 5 minutes our food was there. My DD13 and I ordered salads (she got the Declaration Salad and I got the Colony Salad) and my husband got the Pilgrims' Feast (turkey and fixings). All very, very good. Loved the salads on a hot summer day. For dessert we got the Ooey Gooey Cake and the seasonal cobbler and they were out quickly, and also delicious. We were in and out (and stuffed) in less than an hour.

Another "yes" for LTT at lunch. It's our favorite lunch spot in MK!

We ate there within the last year, but we were seated almost an hour past our ADR, plus another 30 until we had any food. (long wait to get order taken, have food delivered.)

IMO, the food is just okay. If you are a big fan of American food, then you'll find the menu acceptable. If you are looking for slightly unique food, you won't find it.

I really enjoy lunch there; food, service, small rooms that seem quieter without the hustle of the night all you can eat.

Love the Declaration Salad, Pot Roast good, DS enjoys the burger and we leave room to split Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake.

Just went 2 weeks ago for dinner and EVERYTHING was fabulous....ham was a lot salty....but that's it! It gets killed a lot and we were leery about trying it....but it was great!

We had really been looking forward to going, but were disappointed. We found the food just ok, and the service slow. Also, the chairs were VERY uncomfortable, with two of the uprights in the back hitting at a painful place on the pelvis -- I ended up having to scoot forward the the back didn't touch me at all, which was also uncomfortable.

That said, we loved the atmosphere, and we ARE glad we went, it just won't be somewhere we will return to anytime soon. I realize others have had great experiences, so we may just have had a not-so-great-day for them.

We enjoy lunch there and look forward to going this Dec. The pot roast is yummy and the ooey gooey toffee cake is so delish!

Does anyone happen to know if the Fish and Chips are good...or should I stick with the burger? :)

A friend and I had lunch there in August- she ordered the fish and chips; I got the burger. She didn't say too much about the fish and chips, other than she was surprised it came with cole slaw as that wasn't noted on the menu. She seemed to enjoy it.

I got the bacon cheeseburger and oh my gosh was it good! I like burgers ordered medium and it was perfectly cooked! So my vote is to stick with the burger!

Get the sweet corn cakes for your appetizer- very delicious and comes with pepper jelly! Tasty!

Thank you! I think I will stick to the burger...and of course the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake :)

Big fan of Liberty Tree. The burger is great as is the pot roast. Service has always been great. You'll enjoy it!

It's funny, but when we plan our trips this never seems to be on our "Must do" list. Yet, I can't remember a single trip where we have not found time to book lunch here. We love it. While there may not be anything specofic that is outsatanding, overall it is always a good experience and the food is good. I would say you should definitely give it a try.
