I didn't see beef stew on the menu on Deb's site. I thought that was a favorite.

It was our favourite too but wasnt on the menu during our oct 2002 trip.

Could be they changed chefs, if it is no longer offered. As it was explained to me at one of our trips at Le Cellier, when chefs change, so do the menus. -- No chef likes to prepare another chef's meals.
