Should DH and I keep this ADR? We have it for a dinner for 1 night in August but having 2nd thoughts. I originally booked this ADR so we could get excited and pumped up for the P&PP party, but since it looks like there wont be any parties in August now, now it just feels like it beats the whole purpose to eat there. We are doing other character meals, so its not like we are gonna be missing out on character meals. So should we just go ahead and keep LTT or get rid of it and just do CS? Is it worth the cost? LTT seems to be a huge hit to eat dinner at before parties so thats why I booked it just incase there was gonna be a P&PP. But so far no word for any parties :sad2: When I made my ADRs Disney did have P&PP up for August on their website but took it off. Which makes me mad cuz I was really looking forward to it. But anyways, should we keep LTT or do CS?

Personally , my DH the kids and myself don't like it. But there is a following on here, so I may be in the minority.

Yeah i'd say you're in the minority on this issue. The restaurant is great and the food is excellent. Even my DD2 loved the food and she's a pretty picky eater. We always make ADR's for LTT during each trip to enjoy our favorite Pilgrims Feast plate.

We enjoyed lunch there but the character meal was just okay in my opinion. We have eaten at many other character meals. If you have a TS extra I would look around all allears and go somewhere special. JMO

We arent on the DDP so therefor theres no extra TS credits to be used. And there really arent any other TS places in MK or at any of the resorts by MK that we wanna try except for what we have booked already. Which is why I said LTT or CS.

ill have to be another one in the "minority" dgf and i went a couple of years ago (shes a BIG thanksgiving food fan, so we thought it would be great), but were very disappointed! its definitely on our dont go back list...i would say save the time and money and grab a cs....

We prefer the lunch version of LTT & love it. Not a big fan of dinner. Maybe because it has characters not that there is anything wrong with this just prefer lunch :goodvibes

We were wowwed by the food, service, and character interaction at LTT. It's served family style and out plates were never empty. The roast beef is wonderful.

You are not alone..We liked the atmosphere and service BUT the food was dry and overcooked  We are returning in August to WDW and will not have LTT on our list of ADR's. Have a great trip! ;)

Blech- skip LTT and enjoy the parks longer by grabbing a quick bite at a CS restaurant

We liked it & have been several times. We have an ADR for this August.

If you like basic Thanksgiving type comfort food - you will like it. If you like a little more spice or different foods - you won't.

IF you can afford it in your budget, keep it! This was our first meal at disney last year (and it will be our first in park meal this year). We loved it. The atmosphere was great. Overall the food was good. One thing really stood out though - the bread and butter! Fantastic!

LTT for lunch! - crab cakes, turkey dinner - that's our "usual"!

The food in our experience was good, but it wasn't " vacation food" and by that i mean, it was what I could have/ would have cooked at home. We skip it.

We've had dinner there every year for the past, oh, 14 years or so. :rotfl: Last year we tried lunch for the first time. Can ya tell I recommend it? ;)

We've only done lunch. When we walked in my boys, 14 and 11, were disappointed when they saw what kind of food it was. However, when we got it, they inhaled it (and so did DH and I). It was a nice change from CS.

Like you, we book LTT for the pre-party atmosphere. Sorry that didn't work out for you. :guilty: Regardless, I still voted for LTT. IMHO, I'd choose TS over CS everytime.

Not a fan of LTT. I'd prefer Cosmic Ray's, Tony's, Pecos, etc...

The atmosphere is nice, the characters are great and the food is good... No the food is not the greatest... Good thing for us is that they let you order chicken fingers if you have kids and they are very good... We like the mac n cheese, the bread, turkey, mashed potatos, and the dessert... It is not fancy and yes you can make this type of meal at home BUT you cannot get these characters, the great interaction, and the atmosphere at home.... We have been five times and plan to go again in Novemeber.
