Liberty Tree Tavern- Best Strawberry shortcake ever, Recipe??

So we ate at the Liberty Tree Tavern restaurant last week for lunch (was able to order off menu), and I had the best ever Strawberry Shortcake. It has a very very moist poundcake that was unbelievable. Does anyone have this recipe, now if I can get it? Who would I contact to get it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the same thing at Sunshine Seasons at Epcot? It was delicious as well. They have a GREAT dessert section there...ALL kinds of goodies...and they ALL looked outstanding....we had the Strawberry Shortcake and Creme Brulee last week..mmmmmmm.

agree, it is one of the best desserts @ WDW imo
