Liberty Tree - Someone who LIKES it, please check in.

Wife and I loved it.

Food was good.....and plentiful!

Character interaction was top notch!

But wife loved the MAC and Cheese. I made sure to buy lots of frozen Stouffers Mac and Cheese when I got home.
We enjoyed ourselves and we will go again.

We had an ADR at 2:45pm, but arrived early and they worked us in quickly. The food was wonderful, but for anyone on a low salt diet please beware. The chef there seemed to love his/her salt. While I don't mind food that is a bit on the salty side, some people might have a problem here. The food was all very tasty and we would definitely dine here again, but I thought that someone out there might want to know. Gabby and I both tried the Creamy Potato and Bacon Soup. Yum! It was quite filling too. I opted to try the Maryland Crabcake as an entree and Gabby had the Colony Salad. The crabcake was huge and was so good. I can honestly say that it was the best crabcake that I have ever eaten and I have eaten a lot of them in my lifetime because they are about my all time favorite seafood item. Gabby's salad was very fresh and she loved the way that every item complimented the next in the salad.

We would love to go back to LTT again next trip! Happy Planning! Maggie

Only if you like it please. I've heard all the crummy things already. ;)

Tell me good things about the food, the service, the theming, the characters, anything. Just make it positive. :thumbsup2

Never had dinner there, but love it for lunch. We love it so much that it's become a family tradition to eat lunch there at least once every time we are at WDW. In fact, it's the only TS restaurant we eat at in the MK.

The servers have always been very nice, helpful and prompt. We've never had a complaint about them. The atmosphere is really quite charming. I personally love the turkey dinner(Pilgram's Feast) on the menu for lunch.

Eat there on 6/16 and had a great time. Family style dinner was good and Chip & Dale, Goofy, and Minnie were great. They visited many times during the meal.

My family loved Liberty Tree! We went there in November '04, but just skipped it on our last trip (March '06). We really missed going there and have put it at the top of our list for our next trip (hopefully in October 2007).

What we loved....

We really liked the way the characters were dressed up in period type clothing. You can see the "Regular dressed characters" in the judges tent and in tons of other places around all the parks, so I enjoy when they are dressed in "themes" for the character meals.

We loved the dinner. It's not gourmet, but we loved everything about it. My boys (who were only 4 and 6 when we were there) really loved the Mac N Cheese and even ate some of the other "regular" food (like the ham, turkey). The apple crisp dessert was super yummy and you need to leave room for it! ;)

The characters made it around the room fairly quickly and we saw them, at least twice when there. AND we were very lucky to walk right outside after our dinner and see the parade going by! Great Disney Magic! Honestly, it was great to have a fun, sit down dinner right in the MK without having to go to a hotel or another park where most of the recommendations come from.

If you want to see some pictures, I have some scrapbooking pages online and here are the links....

Ate there for 4:00 character meal on 6/10 - AWESOME - food was great and character interaction was great! Also, ate at Chef Mickey's - similar experience. Crystal Palace - have eaten there 3 times - very average. Cinderella's Castle - breakfast and lunch are adequate, but the price and the service leave a lot to be desired.

I highly recommend LTT and Chef Mickey's!!!!!!!!!!

We've had dinner at Liberty Tree on two different occasions, one was in May 2004 the second in December 2005. For our first visit we loved the place, the atmosphere, our server, the characters, everything was perfect :thumbsup2 For our last visit we had the total opposite, poor service waited forever for barely warm food, no refills, our check was received 25 min's after we finished, it just wasn't a good experience. Will we give it another try?? Most definitely yes, the first experience will have us return one more time to see if maybe we just caught a bad night :confused3 Keeping my fingers crossed for a great time in August with hot yummy food :cheer2:

What time should I get PS for Libery Tree before the Party? It gets me in the park early for the party right so that I don't have to leave after dinner?? -Wendy

We love everything about it! The food is good, not gourmet, but very good! The characters are great! The servers are very fun...we eat here at least twice a year! You'll enjoy yourself! :thumbsup2

We loved Ltt. If it weren't for wanting to try new stuff this time around, we would be back again. The characters were great, the food was awesome. The service was great as well! Very happy experience here. :thumbsup2

We loved this place. The food was excellent and the characters spent tons of time with my children. We had one of the later reservations and the park was closed by the time we left. There is nothing as special as leaving the MK when no one else is around, it is like having the park all to yourself. We have a picture in front of the castle without any strangers in the background. This is one of our favorite places to eat in the MK.

That's pretty cool. It's so great feeling like the castle is all yours, isn't it? :teeth:

We LOVE LTT. It's a must eat-at, for every trip. We do the character meal. The food is delish!
