Liberty Tree Characters: RETURNING???

We would like to see them change out some of the characters at this meal & maybe add Johnny Appleseed, Davy Crocket, Ichabod Crane, Ben Franklin or maybe some others?

we are eating here on the last night of our trip in August. When I booked the ADR, they said no characters

We will be taking our first trip to WDW in December. I have been having a time trying to find a character meal where we actually like the characters and the menu. Just out of curiosity.... which characters were at Liberty Tree? Maybe we will get lucky and they will make it back by then. I like some of the choices on their menu so it would be great if they had some fun characters too. If not, it looks like Crystal Palace and Pooh for us.

It WAS Pluto, Goofy, Minnie, and Chip/Dale.

I agree whole heartedly. The Characters made that a must for us on our trips. we had some of the most fun dinners there.

All because of the characters.

I really dont see the characters returning. The place is busy as can be with no characters, so why spend the revenue?

Because it's about exceeding expectations not just saying "it's busy so it must be a success"

but of course, the company is rarely interested in THAT anymore

I'm well aware of exceeding expetations, but sometimes the bottom line has to be considered.

It's not like you cant meet the characters somewhere else. This particular restaurant is sold out just about every day of the year without the characters, so why pay the added expence to have them?

Sometimes a little Walt, sometimes a little Roy....it's a buisness after all.
