Liberty Tree cancels our ressie

I was wondering the same thing because when I read other threads where people say WDW had to cancel one of their ADR's, they had a couple of alternate restaurants available if the guest was willing to accept one of them.

It happened to me (like they didn't know NOJ was going to happen :rotfl:) and while the CM was happy to try to find me something else, there was nothing available that fit the time we wanted or the park we've chosen to be in. And nothing great available in the monorail resorts. It was somewhat disappointing.

She offered to book a lunch there which i did, but wasn't really wanting. Usually i would have been mad but she actually sounded sorry and she was so nice that i couldnt get mad at her and anyways its not like she did it.

I understand that if a company offers money to be there then of course they would take it, heck i would. It just sucks for all the families who have made their plans to be there that day. We are doing MK that day so it was handy being able to eat dinner there.
It was for sept 10th.

Now i've been on since she called me almost everyday trying to see if i can make a reservation and it just keeps coming up that there are no times available.

So im wondering if anyone else on here, had the same reservation for the same day?
Im hoping that this wasnt just a mix up and that it really is unavailable that night

Just an FYI, I LOVE Liberty Tree for lunch, dinner, not so much. If you stay with the lunch go in with an open mind. It is great to get out of the heat during the worst time of the day (it is always very cool in there) and the food and service is very good for lunch.
