Liberty Tree and Garden Grill pork substitutions

We have ADRs booked for these 2 restaurant.

We don't eat pork, and noticed the menu at both have a pork meat. Is there a way to substitute for another meat or fish? Is this something we can ask upon checkin or call in and mention prior to arrival?

What are the usual substitution options?

The substitution options are usually for vegetarians so you "may" get offered a pasta dish, but likely no meat replacement.

Kitchens in these restaurants are set up for a set meal with efficiency. I don't see them replacing a meat or fish for you. Many people don't eat certain items, I don't eat the mac & cheese ... so I just eat more of the other items.

Liberty Tree also has turkey and pot roast for meats.

Garden Grill also has turkey and pot roast for meats.

If it’s not on the menu probably won’t get a sub, just more of the other meats
