Just a quick post to let you know how much we enjoyed the dinner we had at LTT two weeks ago. The food was GREAT, they brought us plenty - my DH was able to have seconds (and thirds). Our server, Dave, was terrific. We had a baby in our group, so each character stopped by her high chair and was extremely patient while we tried to get some great photos.

This restaurant is definitely one of Disney's hidden gems

Liberty Tree Tavern is by far our favorite character meal. The food is good, not great, but the atmosphere is so warm and inviting, and the character interaction is the best by far. Every time we go we see each character at least twice, and they actually spend time at your table, talking to the kids, playing little antics, etc. instead of pausing for a quick photo and moving on their way. We always save it for the last night of our trip for a little something to look forward to on an otherwise depressing evening

We enjoyed it as well. I had read so many posts about the food being bad that I was pleasantly surprised. And, frankly, after a long HOT day at DW, most any food would have been acceptable as long as it was in an air conditioned building and we had lots of cold tea to drink!

We did really like it too, and will definitely go back.

We really loved LTT because if you go at the right time, you can leave dinner and get a spot right on the curb outside to see Spectromagic when it comes by! The family style food service is amazing, as well as the characters!
