I guess that depends on your definition of flexible.
I think that a system that allows me to let a customer with fewer items go ahead of me (even though I got in line first) is flexible. A system that allows me to give up my seat for a preganant mother-to-be (even though I was first on the bus) is flexible. A system that allows me to make someone else's vacation happen (even though I booked first) is flexible.
Like I said...philosophical disagreement.

I don't feel anyone showed a lack of sympathy or respect for those with disabilities ????? It is a shame it's being taken that way & I say this sincerely in case this is taken the wrong way. It's just a vacation preference we're supposed to be talking about---lots of people have them (on this board, the Disney resort board, the Orlando area hotel board....) and it shouldn't be a crime to discuss them in a rational & respectful manner ? Some people are just discussing what works and doesn't work for them and their families. They're being made out to be heartless or something which is furthest from the truth from what I see.
