Just returned from a 10 night stay at CBR, we had an amazing trip.
We had free dining which is always great, we have had the dining plan many times before and have gone to Disney World 9 times in the past 8 years.
This time we traveled with another family of 4 so 7 out of our 10 dinners we dined with them, 4 of those 7 dinners we noticed a BIG difference in the level of service we recieved, it was almost like they saw we were a party of 8, knew they were getting their 18% tip and didn't even try, I am not talking a little difference but major, in hindsight I wish I had of said something to a manager, especially at Le Cellier and Prime Time. At Le Cellier the waiter told me I could not order the kids cheese pizza for my 12 year old as he was considered an adult, I explained he was an vegetarian and he again told me he had to order an adult meal, our waiter at The Wave told me that our son could and that the waiter at Le Cellier did that to get a bigger tip as he knew it would be 18%. At prime Time it was like our table didn't even exsist, our waiter was awesome with the tables around us and didn't interact with us at all, we saw him teasing other people, having fun with them and making them set their own table and stuff like that, we had to ask for cutlery after we got our meal. Garden grill was the same, needless to say we did have a great trip, the food was awesome but the difference in service when they knew they were getting their 18% was amazing, next time I would say something.
