Letter to Disney

We are just returning home today after a week-long trip that for the first time in four annual trips was pretty unmagical from the resort part of the trip. I've never complained before, but there were some unacceptable things that happened on our trip that I feel need to be brought to the attention of someone. Does anyone know to whom I should write a letter?

Don't write a letter. An email to wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com will get you much better results.

I just wrote mine we were there nov 22-29. Samething here very unmagical a waste of money now we have to do a redo over trip. The cast members are so rude port orleans was messed up with our reservation just bad trip over all and I never complain
