Letter about payments & dues

Add on is scheduled to close within a few days, just curiuos...
I thought i got a letter with my original prurscahse that had waht my payemnts woudl be, what the dues woudl be and on which days these woudl be atken out of my checking account. I pretty much know on the payments, but don't ahve a clue about the dues since the first payment is different then the rest? I also don't knwo when dues payemnst start. Woudl it be November 1st you think? Shouldn't i have gotten a letetr or will I right after closing?

I got the letter after the closing telling me when the payments would come out. I closed mid July and first payment came out Sept.1, so I would imagine yours might not be until Mid November or December 1.

We got our paperwork about the payment schedule shortly after we closed in September.

Our first dues payment is October 15, and our DVC payments begin in November.

No cute little mouse ears on any of this paperwork.
