Tell me about yours and what features you have that you really like.
The one I have from I mean floors I love it has four different settings weekends & 6 midweek so I can raise and lower the heat during the day in keeping with being home. I love it and I've noticed it saves a lot of money.
Our basement is another story. When we finished the basement The contractor gave us a plain knob thermostat, gine for adults but not so much for kids. Last night my son had a bunch of friends over to watch the game and when I went downstairs to do laundry this morning I realized he left it on all night grrrr. This happens all the time. No it freezes down there so I don't mind that he uses the heat I don't want to miserable but at the same time the lack of responsibility is driving me up a wall. To be fair when you look at it you can't really tell it's off because most of the numbers have worn off and even when you could see everything it was hard to tell when the device was actually in the left position- you had to listen for a click like being an old time safecracker.
Does anyone have a thermostat which will actually turn off electric heat after a certain amount of time is passed? I tried to Google search but what I'm looking for isn't coming up
