Lets talk cheap and easy!

Ok, I HATE cooking, and I RARELY do it! But I have to start because winter is going to cost me a FORTUNE to heat the house, SO, can anyone PLEASE share some inexpensive EASY dinner ideas? I prefer "throw it all in one pan and chuck it in the oven" type meals.

I am not into cooking either

DH is the cook at our house and he loves it

but when I have to cook i love my crock pot

throw everything in and forget it

there are many good recipes books out there

Tonight I am making stuffed shells. I bought a bag of frozen shells at the grocery store (a few dollars) and a container of marinara sauce. I have some fresh mushrooms, and they are going in too. Dump the whole mess together, making sure sauce covers the shells, and bake for approx. 30 minutes. Voila! Fancy Italian dinner.

My winter recipe: Crock pot, crock pot, crock pot.

And, if I'm not serving that, when I need to save money, it's soup & sandwiches or breakfasts for dinner.

I'm mainly a pasta person because it's so easy. Pasta with spinach and shrimp, with meat sauce, whatever.

But I havea sign in my kitchen that says "If you are what you eat, I'm cheap, fast and easy."
