Let's Talk About Anxiety Disorders Here...

I'm still here....Thanks for asking!!

Something happened with my AOL service at home and I could not access any internet sites. Now that I'm back at work, I can finally get back to these boards!!

Anyway, I felt a lot better on Friday. The breathing issue has slowly subsided. The more and more I think about it, the more I think that the breathing problem was NOT anxiety related but certainly caused a lot of anxiety.

I took a good amount of Xanax and certainly I was feeling VERY calm, however, the breathing problem continued. So, I think I've isolated that little issue to reflux.

Here's hoping to a much calmer week and I'm going to the beach next week.

Christine, have a good time at the beach!:sunny:

I've been diagnosed with depression, which is kind of related to anxiety, right?

Sometimes I think that they were wrong about me because I do so much, and I'm a hard worker and I never let things bother me.
I take lexapro, although I feel like stopping it. I forget to take it sometimes too. Don't take too much xanax, or whatever that stuff is. I'm kind of skeptical about pills. I think that doctor's over -prescribe medication sometimes. They would have us all in a self-induced coma like state if we let them. Just kidding, kind of.

Oh well, hang in there! Take care!:sunny:
