I never got email notifications because I never wanted them, but my subscribed threads are now all under Watched Threads. And I get an Alert when someone posts to one of my watched threads. The Alerts are on the top right corner.

Okay trying to figure all this out Well I figured out the smillies oes anyone know how to upload pix from a memory card to my new laptop, I hae Windows 8 and that iswhy I have not ben on much I do NOT like it at least as fr as the Dis goes . I feel like I can't do anymore TR's or even finish wht I started and that makes me SAD

Oh Rosie - I don't have windows 8 so I I am afraid I can't really help. Maybe if you can get on the internet you can look up just that and see what it says. There are a lot of good tutorials and videos to help.

Good news is I hear you don't need photobucket anymore, you can just upload a file containing the pictures. Of course I have not tried it that way yet but at least you won't have to battle with photobucket as well.

Hi Sam! My time on the DIS has been sporadic lately but figured I would stop by and say hello. Did you hear that we have dole whip in Niagara Falls now!? I actually have some dole whip in my freezer right now!

The new frozen yougurt place in Walmart plaza next to Petco, it's called Menchies Frozen yougurt. They don't have it all the time but they did last week. It is exactly the same at Dole Whip at Disney!!!

I am not getting the hang of this new Dis at all. Of course if I was around and practising I would !!Where have i been , well working a lot for one thing , being exhausted for another and suffering the effects of my age with this brutal cold weather , I get home and put on my very fuzzy jammies and crawl into bed , I am sorry but I can't bring myself to shed the warmth of the covers to Dis . I also have poor lighting in my room and my catarcts , okay Marv you can stop theat me admitting I am old and decrepit I should be having cataract surgery next month and that and hopefully some warmer weather will put me back on the boards
