Sweat tea is always served at my grandmothers. Seriously...that is all we drink at her house...and maybe a little Dr. Pepper. (mainly because well water taste )

Hummm Texas is just Texas. I was born and raised in Mississippi (No I'm NOT proud of that fact) which is Old South. We do have the Plantation Homes, the Southern Drawl and the Sweet Tea

I've been to Texas many times though and it isn't the same. When you go to Alabama, Arkansas and Louisiana (unless your in CAJUN Country) you still have the same Old South traditions. You don't have that in Texas (or Florida for that matter).

I don't know I think Texas is a world of its own! I tell you I'd much rather live there than here!
